Roasted Truffled Cauliflower

Delicious Cauliflower roasted in olive oil and truffle powder, then sprinkled with balsamic vinegar. A yummy healthy and easy side dish for the holidays.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 heads Califlower Sliced into flat bite sized peices
  • 4 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • 1 tsp truffle powder I got mine at Trader Joes
  • ¾ tsp Salt or to taste
  • ¾ tsp Pepper

Roast for 35-40 min on 375

Add these RIGHT after you get it out of the oven ( have it ready before hand)

  • 4 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. Shredded Parmsean
  • 2 Tbsp Parsley (chopped)

Toss and enjoy Hot!

Instructions
 

  • Pre heat the oven 375° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Chop the Cauliflower into thin slices about ¼ thick.
  • Place chopped cauliflower onto the baking sheet and use your hands to toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and truffle powder.
  • Place into the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the edges of the cauliflower are nicely caramelized.
  • Remove baking sheet from the oven and immediately add the balsamic vinegar, and parmesan.
  • Finally sprinkle with parsley right before serving. This dish is best served piping hot!
  • Enjoy.
