Roasted Truffled Cauliflower
Delicious Cauliflower roasted in olive oil and truffle powder, then sprinkled with balsamic vinegar. A yummy healthy and easy side dish for the holidays.

- 2 heads Califlower Sliced into flat bite sized peices
- 4 Tbsp. Olive oil
- 1 tsp truffle powder I got mine at Trader Joes
- ¾ tsp Salt or to taste
- ¾ tsp Pepper
Roast for 35-40 min on 375
Add these RIGHT after you get it out of the oven ( have it ready before hand)
- 4 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. Shredded Parmsean
- 2 Tbsp Parsley (chopped)
Pre heat the oven 375° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Chop the Cauliflower into thin slices about ¼ thick.
Place chopped cauliflower onto the baking sheet and use your hands to toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and truffle powder.
Place into the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the edges of the cauliflower are nicely caramelized.
Remove baking sheet from the oven and immediately add the balsamic vinegar, and parmesan.
Finally sprinkle with parsley right before serving. This dish is best served piping hot!
