Lemongrass Syrup

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 stems Lemongrass sliced into ½ inch peices

Instructions
 

  • 1. Add sugar, water, and chopped lemongrass to a medium sized sauce pan.
  • 2. Heat on medium low until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  • 3. Let cool for about 5-10 miutes.
  • 4. Strain lemongrass out, and pour syrup into an airtight cotainer. Will keep in the refrigerator for about 1 week.
