Ingredients

Granulated sugar

Water

Lemongrass sliced into ½ inch peices
Instructions
1. Add sugar, water, and chopped lemongrass to a medium sized sauce pan.
2. Heat on medium low until the sugar is completely dissolved.
3. Let cool for about 5-10 miutes.
4. Strain lemongrass out, and pour syrup into an airtight cotainer. Will keep in the refrigerator for about 1 week.
