Lavendar & Honey Butter

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Softened Butter
  • 1/4 tsp Lavendar extract
  • 1 Tbs Culinary Lavendar
  • 1 1//2 Tbs Honey

Method
 

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine lavendar, Lavender extract, and honey.
  2. Mash together until roughly combined.
  3. You still want to see swirls of honey and lavender speck.
  4. Scrape the butter out onto wax or parchment paper
  5. Form into a log with the spatula
  6. Roll the butter log up in parchment and refrigerate or freeze until firm.
  7. Use immediately or store in your fridge within 3 weeks.
