Method
Toast Marshmallows
- Place parchment on a baking pan. Lay out your 1/2 cup of mini marshmallows on a baking pan
- Turn on your broiler in your oven and place the rack in the middle of the oven.
- Place the pan of marshmallows in the middle rack.
- CAUTION!!! DO NOT WALK AWAY BAKE WITH OVEN DOOR slightly OPEN SO THAT YOU CAN WATCH THESE WILL CATCH ON FIRE IF YOU LEAVE THEM IN THE OVEN.
- Broil for between 1-3 minutes ... and remove promplty. (less if you like them slightly toasted longer if you like them more done.
- Take the hot marshmallows out of the oven and place in the freezer for 30min to 1 hour.
Ice Cream
- Add the Heavy whipping cream to a bowl.
- Whip on medium speed until soft peaks form.
- Add in condensed milk and mix until well combined.
- Add in cocoa powder and tell fully combined scrape the bowl mix again making sure is fully combined.
- Take the marshmallows out of the freezer and break up or sprinkle into the ice cream base.
- Using a spatula fold in the chocolate chips, and graham crackers. Until it's fully Incorporated.
- Spread mixture evenly into a 8 by 8 baking pan.
- Allow to freeze for 6 to 8 hours minimum or overnight.
