Fabulous S'mores Double Chocolate & Charred Mallow Easy Ice Cream

All of the s'mores goodness crunchy grahams, rich chocolate, and chewy char of a toasted marshmallow, all in an easy no churn ice-cream recipe!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 14 oz Sweetened condensed Milk
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetend Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 cup Mini Chocolate Chips Regular chocolate chips or chopped chocolate peices will work
  • 1/2 cup Mini Marshmallows (Toasted to your liking) Toa
  • 1/2 cup Golden Graham Cereal

Method
 

Toast Marshmallows
  1. Place parchment on a baking pan. Lay out your 1/2 cup of mini marshmallows on a baking pan
  2. Turn on your broiler in your oven and place the rack in the middle of the oven.
  3. Place the pan of marshmallows in the middle rack.
  4. CAUTION!!! DO NOT WALK AWAY BAKE WITH OVEN DOOR slightly OPEN SO THAT YOU CAN WATCH THESE WILL CATCH ON FIRE IF YOU LEAVE THEM IN THE OVEN.
  5. Broil for between 1-3 minutes ... and remove promplty. (less if you like them slightly toasted longer if you like them more done.
  6. Take the hot marshmallows out of the oven and place in the freezer for 30min to 1 hour.
Ice Cream
  1. Add the Heavy whipping cream to a bowl.
  2. Whip on medium speed until soft peaks form.
  3. Add in condensed milk and mix until well combined.
  4. Add in cocoa powder and tell fully combined scrape the bowl mix again making sure is fully combined.
  5. Take the marshmallows out of the freezer and break up or sprinkle into the ice cream base.
  6. Using a spatula fold in the chocolate chips, and graham crackers. Until it's fully Incorporated.
  7. Spread mixture evenly into a 8 by 8 baking pan.
  8. Allow to freeze for 6 to 8 hours minimum or overnight.
  9. Enjoy
