Lavendar & Honey Butter

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Softened Butter
  • 1/4 tsp Lavendar extract
  • 1 Tbs Culinary Lavendar
  • 1 1//2 Tbs Honey

Instructions
 

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine lavendar, Lavender extract, and honey.
  • Mash together until roughly combined.
  • You still want to see swirls of honey and lavender speck.
  • Scrape the butter out onto wax or parchment paper
  • Form into a log with the spatula
  • Roll the butter log up in parchment and refrigerate or freeze until firm.
  • Use immediately or store in your fridge within 3 weeks.
