About a month ago, I got to vacation in Bend, Oregon. While there, I got to visit Sisters Coffee House on the way to hike a lovely spot called Blue Pools. Not only did they have amazing coffee, but their food was delicious too. We ordered chocolate Chip cookies and Salted date cookies. I thought I would enjoy the chocolate chip cookies way more, but oh no. The Salted Date & Chocolate Chip Cookies were the bomb. Hence, this is my attempt to recreate these delectably chewy caramelious cookies. You should definitely make these, they are so good they will blow your mind!
