Pear Cucumber and Thyme mocktini is a perfect embodiment of this time of year. It’s a little bit of summer and a little bit of fall. This mocktini is so delicious alcolhol free, but you could always put an ounce of vodka or gin in this drink, and it would be amazing.

What’s it like?
Pear, Cucumber & Thyme Mocktini starts with a very easy pear, and thyme simple syrup. Then there is the fresh cut cucumber infused soda water. In addition , I used Fever Tree Aromatics angostura non alcoholic bitters. The bitters adds complexity, and balances the other flavors, if you don’t have the bitters on hand, you could easily use a little squeeze of grapefruit juice for the same effect.

There you have it, a mocktail that has fall and summer flavors. It is the perfect drink to say farewell to summer while welcoming fall. You should definitely make this drink tonight!
