Lavendar & Honey Butter
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Softened Butter
- 1/4 tsp Lavendar extract
- 1 Tbs Culinary Lavendar
- 1 1//2 Tbs Honey
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine lavendar, Lavender extract, and honey.
- Mash together until roughly combined.
- You still want to see swirls of honey and lavender speck.
- Scrape the butter out onto wax or parchment paper
- Form into a log with the spatula
- Roll the butter log up in parchment and refrigerate or freeze until firm.
- Use immediately or store in your fridge within 3 weeks.
