Wonderful Merry Cranberry Fizz

Cranberry juice, rosemary simple syrup, and fresh orange juice, all topped off with a splash of Club soda!

- 1/4 cup Cranberry Juice
- 1/2 oz Rosemary Simple syrup *** (or to taste) Directions below
- 1/2 oz Orange juice Fresh squeezed is best
- 1 oz Non Alcoholic Gin This can be substituted with real Gin or extra club soda.
- 1/2 oz Club Soda
Garnish *** optional
- 2 strips Orange peel use your peeler curl around a wooden stirring spoon handle to get a spiral. Cuisinart® Barrel Handle Lemon Zester (kohls.com)
- 2 tbs sugar for sugared rim Use fresh orange around the rim then dip it into sugar.
- 8-10 cranberries whole
Rosemary Syrup
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 sprigs Rosemary fresh preferably
Merry Cranberry Fizz (assembly instructions)
Chill your glasses
Fill your cocktail shaker halfway up with ice.
Add all of your ingredients except for the club soda to the cocktail shaker.
Shake until thoroughly chilled.
Wet the rims of the glasses with a sliced orange
Dip rims in sugar
Pour your drink into the prepared glasses
Garnish with an orange spiral and some cranberry's
Enjoy!
Rosemary Simple Syrup
add water and sugar and rosemary sprigs to a saucepan
Heat on medium just until the sugar is completely dissolved
Take off heat and let it steep and cool for about 30 minutes to an hour.
Use as directed above or to make your own delicious drink!
