Who needs a good dessert for Fourth of July? Everyone! Especially me, I mean with all of the running around, and entertaining, I usually don’t have time to make cake. Enter the Mascarpone Cream Tart. This simple little beauty is practically no bake. It only has 8 ingredients, and that includes the crust. It is mascarpone cream, whipping cream easy 10-minute baked graham cracker crust.  Load it up with berries and you’re good to go.
