Grapefruit Rose Thyme Fizz Mocktail
Ingredients
- 2 oz Grapefruit Juice ( 1/4 cup) fresh squeezed is ideal, but you can also use prepackaged.
- 1/2 oz Rosewater ( 1 tablespoon) amazon
- 1 oz Seedlip Garden (2 tablespoons) amazon
- 6 sprigs Thyme sprigs *Pro Tip if you don't have thyme, almost any herb will be delicious. Especially, basil, mint, tarragon, rosemary, fennel, or sage.
- 1/2 oz Grenadine (1 tablespoon) **Grenadine can be skipped or decreased if you don't like a sweet in your drinks.
- 4 oz Soda water (1/2 cup) If you like extra flavor, you could use a flavored sugar free seltzer water. Like grapefruit La Croix.
Instructions
How to make Grapefruit Rose Thyme Fizz:
- Add all ingredients, (except for the soda water) to a cocktail shaker.
- Shake with ice for about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Strain out into cocktail glasses.
- Add 2 oz of soda water to each glass, and stir.
- Garnish with a slice of grapefruit and a sprig of Thyme.
- Enjoy.
