I know you’ve heard of death by chocolate cookies, but these cookies are murdered by mint? These mint chip cookies are ultra deluxe, they have not one, not two…. but three types of mint add ins that make these cookies better than any old mint cookies that you have ever had before.
What are deluxe chocolate mint cookies like?
These cookies are so chock full of minty goodness that you will absolutely adore them. The cookies are a basic chocolate chip cookie dough. However instead of just chocolate chips we use huge deluxe chocolate chips, mint M&M’s, mint Oreo cookies, chopped up Andes’s mints you cannot get away from the deliciousness in each and every bite.
Best thing about these cookies is…
The best thing about these cookies is that not only are they tremendously minty and chocolatey, but they are also so perfectly textured. Everybody has a different texture crunch to it. The cookie itself is soft and chewy, with a little bit of caramelization on the outside but chewy and gooey in the middle.
Easy to make
The cookies come together quickly, and they don’t even need chill time for them to come out beautifully. You combine all your wet ingredients. Then bring together your dry ingredients. Finally, you add all of your add-ins. First mint m&Ms then mint Oreos, then chopped up Andy Smith and Ghirardelli’s melting chocolates.
Mint Chip lovers dream…
You can make these for your mint chip lover any time of year, however I think they are the most fun around St Patrick’s Day when the green really pops. It’s perfect for class parties or if you celebrate Saint Patrick’s day and just want a fun dessert. It whips up in about 15 minutes and any extra dough that you don’t want to eat you can also freeze and make when you would like.
Go ahead give him a try you will thank me.
