Amazing Chocolate Crinkle Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup Vegetable or Canola Oil
- 4 eggs Eggs
- 1/4 cup fat free milk powder** Optional …but seriously its so good!
- 1 TBS Vanilla Extract
- 1 1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder Valrhona is my favorite!
- 2 1/4 cups All purpose Flour.
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- In a large bowl or stand mixer add Sugar and oil mix together until smooth
- Add Eggs one at a time until well incorporated.
- Add vanilla extract and milk powder until well combined, scrape the mixer and mix again.
- In a separate medium sized bowl add dry ingredients : cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Whisk dry ingredients until combined
- Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture about 1/3 of the mixture at a time.
- Mix until the ingredients are well incorporated.
- Using a table spoon roll into a ball and roll in a bowl of powdered sugar until completely covered.
- Place on a 8- to 12 cookies equally spaced on a baking sheet and bake for 13 minutes.
